SMEaton

SMEaton has lived most of her life on Ireland’s North Coast drawing artistic inspiration from the ever changing sea and sky. Her path began with a degree in the Study of Art and English, and further studies in Victorian Literature. She sketched and painted during this period before working in the Higher Education sector. During a career break SMEaton rediscovered a love of painting with oils. The sights, sounds and smells of the Atlantic Ocean are absorbed and recreated in her artwork. She now invests much of her time in producing abstract depictions of her seascape memories of the North Coast.
