These terms and conditions govern the use of our website; by using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to affect your statutory rights as a customer.
From time to time we may change these terms and conditions and it is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions which apply at the time of your order.
When you place an order for artwork through the site you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email confirmation that we have received your order.
In the unlikely event that the artwork is no longer available we will advise you of this by email and we will then, at our sole discretion, either
(a) Cancel the order and issue a full refund OR
(b) Suggest an alternative for you to consider.
Every effort has been made to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of the artwork that appears on this website, however we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual artwork.
You will be required to pay for the Artwork in full at the time of ordering before it is dispatched.
All prices quoted are in UK pounds (GBP). We operate the VAT Margin Scheme so Value Added Tax is not payable and therefore not included in the prices.
Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.
The artist will state a cost and estimated time frame for the commission based on your requirements. Once price is agreed you will be sent some images for approval. After approving an image you will then be required to pay a deposit of 50%.
You are unable to cancel a commission at any time once deposit has been paid.
Remaining 50% balance is due on completion before Artwork is dispatched.
Time scales for commissions are an estimate provided by the artist. We will not be held responsible for any commissions exceeding this time frame.
