Janet Henry

Janet Henry was born and raised in East Belfast. She is widely known for her musical talents as an acclaimed singer songwriter, however over the last few years she has favoured her paintbrushes over her guitar.

She is a self-taught artist working primarily with acrylics. Her work captures the beauty and spirit of the natural world, and her seascapes and landscapes invite viewers to pause, reflect and feel connected to the environment around them. Her art is evocative and atmospheric.

Janet’s work has already reached admirers far beyond her home, with buyers in Australia, America, England and Ireland.

As an emerging artist she is quickly earning recognition within the art community with her first exhibition scheduled for next year.
